Kingston Floorcovering Warehouse

Kingston Floorcovering Warehouse is a locally owned and operated family business. Husband and wife team Jody and Fiona Nichols ran the business from home for the first 13 years trading as "Nichols Floorcoverings". After providing quality service over those years, a large client base accrued and larger premises were required. Hence, in July 2005, we opened a shopfront/warehouse with the new business name of "Kingston Floorcovering Warehouse".

In 2009 Kingston Floorcovering Warehouse opened its bigger and better retail outlet at 30 Mertonvale Circuit, Kingston. Our business will maintain its philosophy which is 'quality' service from sales to installation. We aim to provide a no-pressure, honest, friendly atmosphere in our store. We take the time with customers to ensure their choice and the final result is what they want, not what a sales person would prefer to sell. We see the job through with quality installation by qualified, competent installers who take pride in their work.Customers can expect quality, personal service from experienced staff. Customers are assured their purchase will be what they want, and not just what a salesperson wants to sell. People are reassured when dealing with the owners of a business who care about their customers and the job at hand. This is why Jody personally oversees all commercial jobs and Fiona runs the retail side of the business. This is how we maintain the level of quality that our customers expect and that we want to provide through commercial and retail, from sales to installation.

We offer very competitive pricing with our large range of stock specials. There are many rolls of carpets and vinyls on display, ranging from poly's for the shack or rental property to SDN's and wools.Carpet and vinyl remnants are also a specialty, with hundreds of room sizes to choose from. These are a great way for renovators to purchase quality floor coverings at around half the retail price.

We also have a huge selection of rugs at competitive prices including Fokatis and Natural Jute.Indoor/outdoor and Marine carpets are stocked at constantly reduced prices.We have a range of do-it-yourself accessories for renovators, including trims, glues, underlays and importantly, the advice to get the job done.We love living and working in the Kingborough Municipality, which now has so many thriving businesses, there is just about everything available with enough healthy competition to be sure you can shop and deal with local business for all your needs.
